3. You can download our input forms and print them. Write the data you want on each page and include your photos, or a diskette of your photos along with your check.

Websites are usually posted within a week of receipt. You will receive a email confirmation when the data is received and another when the site is posted. You get to determine your own web site name, the actual web address with be www.dzeventwebsites.com/yourname. So if your ready, please make your selection to either enter data online or download forms for the event of your choice.
